Woohoo! -1.0 lbs!
Moving down, slow & steady! I thought for sure with it being TOM and right after Memorial Day weekend it would be ugly, but I guess we really didn't do too badly. Sirloin steaks one night, boneless ribs another & burgers the third. All done on the grill, of course. Plus I developed a sore throat on Saturday night, so that pretty much has killed the munchie cravings since.
I didn't track over the weekend, but I have been since & still have been getting a fair amount of exercise. So I'll just keep on doing what I'm doing & hopefully the scale will keep going down!
