K

K is for Kale.

Kale Chips, in particular.  Has anyone tried these?

Basically, you tear up the leaves of kale, wash & dry them, spritz them with some olive oil & bake.  The link my source goes to is a parmesan version.  

I think I'd want to try someone else's before attempting this on my own.  I would like to try them, tho!
